Our friendly Sage 200 telephone support service covers everything from simple ‘how to …’ questions right through to detailed configuration changes and system patches.
Around 95% of support calls are fixed in the first telephone conversation by our knowledgeable staff.
However, where more information is needed we use secure remote access technology to allow our technicians to diagnose and fix issues directly on the customer’s server without needing to leave our offices. This speeds up the fix-time incredibly as well as enabling our staff to have access to all of the back-up services that might be neccessary to resolve your problem.

- Secure remote system access for diagnosis and fixing - we can see the same screens that you can to help isolate issues/concerns.
- Support staff have accounting as well as Sage/PC technical knowledge.
- FTP site for downloading patches and other software components.
- Annual fee on a per module basis - only pay for the modules that you need supporting.
- Site vists (where needed) are not included in the annual fee.

We have a fixed price tariff for our telephone support. That makes cashflow planning easier for you as well as us. And for that fee you get unlimited support throughout the year.
- Sage 200 Modules (excluding Sage 200 CRM) - £160/module/year
- Sage 200 CRM - £75/user/year, £150/administrator/year
- Sage 200 EDI-Link - £495/year for the second year onwards (first year support is included in the purchase price)
- Sage 200 Web-Link - £195/year for the second year onwards (first year support is included in the purchase price)
- Support for Bespoke Sage Developments - priced individually
